Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing American cities. While housing and offices are still at competitive prices, the tax system here is very business-friendly. The hospitality and gaming industry were the main beneficiaries of this welcoming business environment, but then other companies started relocating to Vegas: incorporating here is cheap and fast, plus there are no income tax.
