Twins win Palms Casino beauty contest

Identical blond twins Ruth Quinn and Ryan Wahrenbrock are the co-winners of the inaugural Palms Girl contest, outlasting 1,000 other entries.

Each will receive a $100,000 contract that includes salary, plus allowances for a car, wardrobe and salon care.

When they were introduced as the winners, they came out of a replica of a four-tiered birthday cake as part of the 40th birthday celebration of Palms owner George Maloof.

The 26-year-old twins grew up in rural Ellsworth, Wisconsin.
